PT PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) is a foreign-owned limited liability company in Indonesia. It is the most secure structure for long-term real estate investment, enabling HGB title ownership and full legal clarity. We handle full PT PMA registration, licensing, and ongoing compliance.
Yes. If you purchase land and want to develop it, we provide full construction management — from building permit acquisition (IMB / PBG) and architect sourcing through to contractor selection, site oversight, and project handover. You do not need to be present in Indonesia to manage this process.
Our on-ground partners conduct: land certificate verification (SHM, HGB, SHGB), full seller and developer background checks, building permit and zoning compliance review, encumbrance and dispute status confirmation, and independent market value cross-referencing. This process runs before any property is presented to you.
